Great for tall people
I am getting into yoga, and as a big person (6'1" and 190 pounds) I wanted to be sure I had a mat that would be comfortable -- since I work in the basement in a hard cement floor! This mat rolls out well, is soft under my joints yet springs back readily, and it plenty long enough.
It's a nice surprise for the low price!
- Basic mat. Much thicker than my old one. Love the strap to carry and keep it rolled up.
- May be slippery when wet
