After reading professional HOURS reviews, I bought the WRT400N with high expectations. My PC has a modem, wired PC router downstairs, and I need WiFi for a printer, three laptops, and Blue Ray. So my tech-savvy son tried to install and had to call tech support. Everything is ready. First of all, the first port in the router was useless. The pins were missing, so I couldn't put a USB in that port. THAT should be our first clue! But everything was fine. The Blue Ray streaming was great. My DH laptops were finally playing videos well and my son downstairs shouldn't have been on my neighbor's network!. Well everything was great for a day or two! When my computer is connected to a wired network, like my old blue Linksys wireless network was, I can't seem to access my printer BUT when my computer is connected to a new wireless router, I almost lose the internet every day! I got tired of calling Cisco myself and got someone I could barely understand mentioning that someone came here and fixed it for a fee (BRAND NEW!) or handed it to me but that would take an hour. It will be sent back to Revain as defective and we hope the next one we receive lives up to our high expectations and the highly professional reviews we have read about it! You can get a lemon! I will write a sequel after the new one is installed. It looks like a lemon. But not new! OK We have a new job in about 10 days and absolutely NO PROBLEM! My son had to manually install because our wired router and this router wanted to be easy! But otherwise, what a difference! Streaming is faster and extremely reliable. We are glad we ordered it again!
