I like that it is simple to use, easy for my clients who are just beginning in their eco-responsibility journey! The support team has been excellent at helping get us up & running quickly so feedback can be entered as soon as we receive them - making our overall process much more efficient than other platforms allow! There's not really anything negative or frustrating about using this service from our perspective though; if you need an EoR app with ease of implementation then there isn't any better option out there right now!! My business partners have had no complaints (yet!) but they're always looking forward too new ideas/suggestions. We help businesses go green by implementing systems which make sustainability easier. The speed at which data transfers are made with this platform is amazing. You can monitor your facility's CO2, Ozone levels, Air Quality as well as other environmental parameters in real-time from anywhere around the world. There isn't much to dislike about it. I would say if you're looking for something robust that allows you to use all of its features out of the box then go ahead. It has allowed me to quickly integrate my data into their cloud without having to build an entire software stack.
