Poor and brittle plastic for bearings
Poor and brittle plastic used for bearings. I just replaced the springs and found that the outside edge of the bearing was cracked and split. They've been on my car for about 15,000 miles. I changed the OEM after 70,000 miles but there were no cracks in the bearing housing. I highly recommend using the OEM for the strut mounts.
