They are not strong, suitable for herbs

Don't expect to use this for something heavy when the scissors can't cut through dried guajillo pepper stalks. For basic things like cutting basil from the plant, scallions. Things you need power for, that's fine. Didn't cut through bones, struggled a lot with dried pepper stalks and as a last experiment didn't work very well pruning tomato plants either. You can buy other scissors that work better.
