Tube fits perfectly. I was the exact size of the original for the 2010 Navigator. Others have suggested simply replacing the part that tends to tick, the T-joints and hose clamps, but hoses age too. You would think this would be a recall item as it is very common. It was quite difficult to remove the part next to the firewall. I had to hire another person to push and pull and I installed the plastic parts. Very bad Ford engineering. I suspect they want you to pay hundreds to the dealer to make it as difficult as possible to replace. There are several videos online showing how to do this. The dealer takes something like 400 and Indy takes 2-300 dollars. It's worth $60 for this part and a little patience. The only tool you will need is a flathead screwdriver for a clamp.
