Among the thousands of reviews, the search returns few answers on ATOTO, and they all say that the device does not work with this model. That is not right. I installed one today and it works fine. I used the ASWC-1 on a 2006 Honda CR-V. I connected to the wrong contact but their support helped me. The image in the ASWC document for a specific vehicle shows the wire harness from the wire side. Pin 3 in the top left corner of the harness is correct. For the ATOTO A6 you will need to use the jack supplied with this unit and connect the brown and brown striped wires to the corresponding KEY wires on the ATOTO A6 wiring harness. The machine has a female connector but the technician said it wouldn't work. Correct enough when I hardwired the connections to the KEY wires. ATOTO A6 is not automatically recognized by this device. I had to program the ASWC to radio type #8 (turn car on, hold volume down for 3 seconds until LED turns red, then increase volume 8 times, then decrease volume until LED turns red). I could then program the buttons to do whatever I wanted. I then had to bury the device behind the console when reinstalling. If the battery needs to be replaced, I'll have to reprogram the ASWC-1. I can't see it and don't want it dangling, so I have to take the ATOTO A6 out again to see the LED. I would suggest turning on the beeper during the programming phase so the ASWC-1 can be programmed without seeing the device.
