Update after 3 months - change from 4 stars to 1 star. I am very disappointed as I really liked this vacuum cleaner. My problem started this week when my filter fell apart and looked crushed. I've searched the internet and haven't found a replacement, I've contacted TC-Junesun and they don't tell you where to get replacement filters. I never thought when I bought it that there wouldn't be a replacement. Even if you can wash the filter, it may not last as long. I texted them 3 times and they asked for pictures so I sent them and they offered me $5. First I paid $35. Shameful treatment of a person on a budget. Original review 5/2021. I just bought this little money saving vacuum cleaner. Live with a dog in the desert on 300 square meters. ft, it works great. The suction is very strong and fantastic, much better than my previous faster vacuum. It also picks up sand well, and I like the separate hand block for handling door and window screens and even car carpets. As I said, I live in a small area so it's perfect for me. The only downside is that the bottom wrap of the cable is level with the cable so you have to untie it the first time you wrap it. Also, if you climb under a bed or dresser, make sure it's low enough, otherwise the switch just turns off because of the wrong position. When emptying the bin, I noticed that the dog hair on the top of the plastic part is difficult to remove. For me it's little things and work. Future production updates may fix these issues. Very satisfied, thank you.
