*Folding instructions below I love it already! I have a very small one for my pup, he is about 3 pounds and 7.5 weeks old. I don't expect him to grow beyond that. I wanted it to be smaller because I wanted to use it as an alternative to a box. I'm so glad I chose it! Durability: This is a small dog, so I don't know about big dogs, but the mesh and walls are strong, I was surprised. He'd rather hurt his nails than rip them off. He tried to face him the first night so I was actually glad he was softer so he wouldn't hurt. Portability: This is excellent. He can sleep in it in the common room and while he's still asleep I can lift him into the bedroom so he's there when he wakes up. Nothing you can do with a metal box. Unfolding: Unfolding was easy. Stacking was an issue. The instructions don't make any sense. It took me 45 minutes to figure it out. BUT then I noticed that the images have faint green arrows. I circled them with a dark marker. Following these arrows helps a lot. Best Picture Guide: *Following the steps, the bottom will gather into folds, push the bottom out from below to avoid tangling during the folding process.1 . Remove the top part of the mesh.2. Label the panels like a clock with panel 1 at the top of the photo and panel 4 as the door.3. Locate the hanging strap between panels 6 and 7. This strap should remain outside.4. Insert an adjacent bar to the right of the band (between panels 5 and 6).5. Fold panel 6 into panel 7 (far left corner). Gather it so that it lies flat.6. Insert a post between panels 8 and 1. Upper left corner. Similarly, fold panels 8 and 1 together so that they lay flat. 7. You will get a square consisting of panels 2, 3, 4. Insert a rod between panels 3 and 4.8. Fold fabric 3 over fabric 4 so the Zampa logo is not showing. All plates must be pressed against each other. (Do not force fold, you may stretch the metal wire inside.) 9. If it does not lie flat, the bottom may get caught between the folds. Repeat the instructions, pushing the bottom out from below so it hangs freely.10. Once the panels are in place, fold the bottom over and tape tape around it.11. Ready to wear! Hope that helps! Don't buy it because you're worried about the folding problem. You will find out!
