I was delighted to buy this laminator based on the many reviews. I sent back another brand because it left rolling marks on my projects and made weird noises after a few uses. I decided to try this one and this one is no better. It doesn't seem to get hot enough to melt laminate boards, even after 2 uses. The laminate film separates from the paper. It says it can be used with 3 mil and 5 mil and only has 1 temperature setting so I don't know what the problem is. I let it warm up until the green ready light comes on and it doesn't work. I will request a refund because I can't run my business with a car that doesn't do what it's supposed to.
