Review on MotoRad 300 180 Motorad Thermostat by Terry Paige
In my opinion a good thermostat at a reasonable price.
It just opened 180 degrees for my V8 pickup. The thermostat I received opens fairly quickly for a cheap unit. I like to switch from one thermostat for the winter and a different temperature setting for the summer. My other 180 (different brand) is stable but gets 10-15 degrees hotter when opening. The Motorad seems like a good choice for the summer season when you want to stay cool without going on a 160-degree thermostat. I got two for what I usually pay for one. So if it stays reliable, is it a good deal? Not giving 5 stars because only time will tell if they hold up.
