Nice thermometer with handy clip
I love this caramel thermometer. It has large, legible numbers and a handy clip. I thought it was true. You can test a candy thermometer by heating a pot of water. When the water boils, the thermometer should read 212 F (I know we can go crazy with the height and material of the thermometer). That's how I tested it for this review. I have not found any defects on this item.
