This coffee maker works well and the separate hot water tank is great for brewing individual cups of tea, instant coffee or even pasta. However, the main disadvantage of the product is the fact that the keep warm time is not adjustable and is very short, only 2 or 3 hours and there is no reheat button/function. The only other issue with the product is that it uses cone-shaped filters (and a strainer basket) instead of the more traditional (and common) flat filters, so I had to ditch the filters I already had for my old car, which I don't like, metal baskets to use (and clean).
