I've been using this headset as my main work headset for a year now and the only way I can describe it is "wow, hot junk". Normally it just loses the BT connection with the device. who are at arm's length. It picks up all the little background noises. I usually have trouble when I press the mute button to toggle mute status and it toggles back. So I have more experience with Jabra branded headsets at half the price. Don't buy this thing Plantronics is clearly not taking advantage of its partnership with Polycom. The only saving grace for this piece of junk is that it was given to me for free.
