Genuine Kohler; Comes with new screws (and they're hex, not torx! Hats off!) and new gasket; and the price is right. What's not to like? Thanks to Kohler for upgrading the bolts to a hex head. I broke my old valve cover trying to get out the bottom torx head screw (next to the exhaust) which tends to get welded on on older cars, due to the heat of the exhaust I had to rip off the head and drill through the screw. What a pain! With these bolts, next time, even if one of them freezes again, I can unbolt the head without breaking the valve cover! .that will save you from grief in the future.
