works as described, low latency (not 0, very low). Plug and Play on Raspberipi with v4l, CPU!

so I like it and it does what is described, the delay looks like a few ms I know low latency! It's not, but so far I haven't been able to lower the CPU usage, which was 130% at 30fps. I lowered the frame rate using the opencv wait button to just slow down the video to get the cpu to 80%. I'm still trying to fight it. , my goal is to use opencv which requires cpu for its tasks. I don't mind paying for reduced quality if anyone has an idea? I used to use I2C with a Toshiba chip on a toll bridge - rpi 2 lane max 1080 25 fps was given means to drop cpu usage to 20+ - either way it's a very good device and I think for some use cases it's brilliant
