Review on DataDear by Bryan Hill

The most useful feature is that it can link in your customer invoices directly from within excel, allowing you as an accountant/manager / bookkeeper etc to have access at all times of financial transactions which has made our life easier working remotely! Nothing really but if I had more time could be improved further by adding additional features such like being able for me (as admin) or my customers viewable dashboard so we are not both having different views about what's going wrong & how things should improve? Our accounting system was previously managed via desktop application - making updates after hours difficult due too many steps needed including logging into xerox accounts multiple pages before actually updating anything. Now its done straight away using datadear without any issues.
