Great tool with great support and good service

The most useful feature is that it can link in your customer invoices directly from within excel, allowing you as an accountant/manager / bookkeeper etc to have access at all times of financial transactions which has made our life easier working remotely! Nothing really but if I had more time could be improved further by adding additional features such like being able for me (as admin) or my customers viewable dashboard so we are not both having different views about what's going wrong & how…

Easy to manage all aspects of sales reporting in one system!

The ability for our team of 5 to manage all aspects of sales reporting in one, easy-to-use system! Easy access from anywhere via laptop or mobile device, the ability to do all tasks at once - no more emailing files back and forth. It's like having my own personal accountant who is always there when I need them. Very good customer support as well. Our Account Manager has helped us several times. DataDear - Good product if used consistently

The tool is very flexible, easy for use by both sales people as well as accounting persons. It also offers good support when I've been away from my computer (for example I'm at an international conference). There are some minor issues with formatting (e.g., line breaks) in one specific version of the application that can be fixed using simple adjustments.
