Unwanted electronics on computers and accessories

The former does not work at all. They forgot to send the network password card as instructed so I couldn't use it. I ordered a second one and they put the password on a sticker on the side of the device. It worked all day and matched the Wi-Fi speeds I already had. On the second day it was running at half the speed of my existing network. Almost useless, so I sent it back. I bought another brand that works as advertised.
