All in all a very good and comprehensive car. I have a lot of experience as a technician with this type of launch scanners and I can say that these machines are definitely superior to other scanners in the US market (especially for European vehicles). I've spent a lot of time finding a generally good professional scanner that is affordable and based on research and personal experience is the best option for me. Quality, performance and price range are win, win, win! When you add 2 years of free updates AND a 5 year warranty, it's definitely not a problem. The only thing I'm still working on to figure out for sure is printing vehicle data reports via a wireless printer. but other than that I am very happy with my purchase. TO UPDATE! After owning this scan for a little over a year, I started having some problems with it when it kept restarting on its own. I tried to contact the manufacturer and they kept giving me workarounds and some useless tips to fix this problem but now they don't even reply to my messages. As an alternative, I contacted Revain customer service to try and find a solution as I was beginning to feel that my money was not well spent on this scanner as the manufacturer does not support a "5 year warranty" which is he offers for this product. Luckily I have come to terms with Revain's Customer Service Manager and will return the faulty product to them and get at least most of my money back after paying the restocking fee. It's a shame because it's a very powerful scanning tool (when it works properly), but make sure you try to spend the extra money and buy it from a reputable retailer that will solve any problems you may have here in the US might have, and you won't have to deal with someone in China who is leaving you stranded.
