Review on 👟 La Sportiva Wildcat 2.0 GTX Trail Running Shoe for Women by Jeremy Sabey

I'm a big fan of La Sportiva trail running shoes, this is my 5th pair overall. This was my first pair of Gortex. I was less concerned with water ingress and more concerned with all the dirt that accumulates on long runs and can eventually rub. The Gortex construction did an incredible job of keeping the mud/sand/dust out. However, I noticed almost immediately that the shoes didn't allow for this breathing, and my feet got too hot and the sweat didn't disperse, my feet and socks rubbed like a bed. I thought I would have to send them back. BUT - I tried another thicker, moisture-wicking running sock and it worked great! I just had to adjust my socks and everything is fine! happy streets!
