I've had nonstick cookware for about 3 years and the coating is starting to peel off. FOR PEOPLE WHO WANT TO STAY AT THE PAN: Heat a frying pan slightly over medium-high heat, spray/add vegetable oil and allow to smear the inside of the frying pan. Now cook everything in it. I guarantee nothing will stick. Even if something sticks due to overheating, it can be easily removed again. And if you do it badly, pour hot water with soap immediately after boiling, and it should be easy to clean. LOGIC: When you heat the metal, it expands a bit and smears the oil, creating a non-stick layer.
