Review on KEEN Knotch Closed Sandal Peacock by Patrick Jarvis

Revainrating 5 out of 5

Not water shoes but they met my expected quality from the Keen brand.

I have had several pairs of Keen shoes/boots and these were the first ones I bought for my son. In short, they did a good job. I love the way they look (although my wife thinks they are ugly) and more importantly my son enjoys wearing them as they are comfortable and a good size. Here are a few things you might want to know: 1. The sizing says small kid sizes are for 4 to 8 year olds but my son is 3 and wears a size 9. He's not a particularly tall 3 year old for his legs are pretty average. Take your child's normal size and it will work. The age range is not entirely accurate.2. They are not actually water/pool shoes and they are fully closed. These aren't sandals. However, they are fairly waterproof and durable, which is great. We can use them for any outdoor activity without worrying about my son's feet getting wet or dirty. They generally cost more, especially if you're buying them for a small child/toddler, but the quality definitely holds up. . I'm sure my son will outgrow them before they wear out. This is another stunning pair of shoes from Keen, a brand I generally trust and love.
