Perfect match for our 2005 Forest River Wildwood 37BHSS Travel Extendable Trailer. It was just as easy to install as others have said - our retractable had a hidden 1/4 hex head screw at the top and bottom of each vertical gasket section. Just unscrew the screw, save it, remove the old gasket like a banana peel, put a new one on (lubricate with Windex), then screw the screws back in. Replace the original sealant with RV Roof Self-Leveling Sealant and you're done again. Now the horizontal top section isn't that easy as we didn't want to bother with removing the retractable spring canopy so we simply replaced the first two legs on each side with new gaskets that butted up against the original horizontal gasket. so it looks like new from the ground up. The seal under the awning was not exposed to the sun's UV rays and was fine. The entire project was completed in one day using a tube of RV joint compound, also sold here.
