The Amooca (snowman) Christmas Stocking Holder is cute, has a larger than expected hook, and a non-skid bottom with a one-time use adhesive strip, which has a removable cover. However, the hook is crooked, there isn't enough weight to this stocking holder itself to hold much, and the narrow adhesive strip is not something I would trust, nor would I use it on my mantle or furniture.The shiny snowman stocking holder was made in China. It arrived in 2 pieces, both separated, yet bubble wrapped using the same sleeve, and within a heavy cardboard box and with a styrofoam block inside for added protection. The portion with the two snowmen slides onto the base of the holder.The two snowmen are thinner, flatter, much lighter, and much smaller overall than I expected.For decorative purposes and to hold an empty stocking, the Amooca (snowman) Christmas Stocking Holder would probably work just fine, but it simply isn't substantial enough to support a stocking filled with goodies.Overall, I'm simply not that impressed with the Amooca (snowman) Christmas Stocking Holder and feel it is more decorative than functional. Therefore, this isn't something I would purchase in the future.
