Mine didn't break while polishing the headlights.

Five stars for this little guy. Use it for buffing and buffing headlights and it works crisp! Using a special Harbor Freight polishing paste, I put a few drops on a 3 inch foam pad and rub it in. Before turning it on, I apply the pad to the headlight. Turn the setting to 2 and spread the composition evenly over the surface. After that, increase it to 4 or 5 and continue polishing and make that sucker nice and clean to make it shine without scratches.
