I bought this carburetor to replace a home builder generator when it arrived it was missing the needle valve. Worried about not having what I needed in the middle of a power outage, I became very angry. I emailed customer service and brought this to their attention. In the meantime I went to my local supplier and bought a float and needle valve, used an existing new carburetor and installed it on my generator after sending a photo to customer service. They refunded half the price to offset the cost of the parts. I had to replace I think it's good customer service and I will buy from people again meanwhile the carburetor itself works great.
