It's NOT PLA, it's just PLA-like plastic

I grabbed this while looking for cheaper filament and didn't read it fully. I thought it was just PLA+ but when I got it it felt and flexed completely different than the PLA and PLA+ filaments I had and felt more like ABS. After printing it looked fine until I picked it up off the bed and it literally exploded into individual lines, literally no embossed line stuck to the other. I've done this up to 230ยฐC on my new Sidewinder X1, 240ยฐC worked but looked more melted than anything else, but 230ยฐC is my max temp at the moment until I got one due to the destruction of PTFE All-metal heat gets at temperatures over 230ยฐC. Therefore I cannot use it. I'm also a bit concerned about this filament, PLA+ is pretty dubious as it's PLA with unknown additives but you know it's mostly PLA and releases lactide and you give 5% confidence it's non-toxic but you still know the content. However, after reading this, I keep hearing "pla" as "petg". I don't understand what it's about at all. I'm sticking with PLA due to breathing issues and only print other plastics with a strong cleaner running alongside my printer, which gives me some peace of mind when printing ABS, but after having trouble with it and re-reading everything I have no idea, no have what it is and the company seems very vague. I also received a roll of PLA+ from them which I haven't opened yet and I'm hoping it's regular PLA+.
