So I tested this device on trips to Lake Tahoe, Grand Canyon, Petrified Forest and Yellowstone and it worked fine in all cases. It held on to the windshield in cold weather, in hot weather, and on bumpy roads without slipping or sinking! Although the device worked perfectly, I would recommend that you use a different software package than the one you are linked to. While this works well, you can't download your videos and you can only view them in the app. I personally think these are my videos and I should be able to save them outside of the app! As an iOS developer, I know it's easy to upload videos to store locally or have them transferred from the phone to iCloud. They have a share button, but it only lets you share a frame that you're viewing when you choose share.
