I like that it's very private - so much better than video chatting with my family in front of each other! No one can see inside our home but us unless we have an open door (which is why i dislike this). It was more expensive when first created then went down as time passed since launch or update/upgrade- maybe there are still costs involved? We've been able't use because no computer tech could figure out how to download program onto their computers yet they claimed all would be well once done!! Nothing really bad about doing visits thru here though just not worth monthly cost if only used occasionally which mine has become now after several years being inactive due too problems getting set up right away etcetc.. Very frustrating trying many times until finally got through what looked correct etc etc without success before going elsewhere where price isn’t.
