This is a great beginner telescope. I have 3 little ones that are ages 6, 7 and 8. I love seeing how excited they get to go out after dark and check out the moon and stars. It was super easy to set up and use. The smartphone adapter is awesome…it allows everyone to see through the telescope at the same time and take pictures. My kids each printed some of the pictures and couldn’t wait to share them with their classes at Show and Tell. This is a great gift that the whole family will enjoy.
