Review on π§ Motorola Solutions PMLN6129A SMART 2-Wire Communications Earpiece with Transparent Tube, Black by John Destruction
Stopped working after 4 months.
When the earpiece stopped working I contacted Motorola Solutions. The headphones fit my radio at work and I contacted Motorola before purchasing to confirm it would fit. The product comes with a 12 month warranty, but Motorola doesn't honor it as it was purchased from Revain. They gave me a phone number for Revain, which covers the warranty minus a $20 handling fee. I'm more disappointed that it doesn't work anymore than the return process.
