Great for sourdough
Really enjoyed using this bowl! Even if my starter triples, it keeps everything in! I was out of town for a week and had no problem reactivating the fridge! A wonderful wide mouth jar that's super easy to fill with fresh flour for feeding or pour out to start the bread making process!
