Review on SmartSense by John Clark

I like that it is very easy to set up your own rules for what temperature you want at different times of day or night. It also allows me to schedule when certain things happen such as opening/closing my doors. There are features that some people will not be able use but others can so this depends on how much information there is in regards to your business needs vs available options with smartsense system installed. Sometimes if one rule isn't working correctly then other ones work even better than they should which makes sense since each program has its unique functionality. But overall we have been happy! The only downside is sometimes our customers would forget to close their refrigerators before leaving (sometimes overnight) and thus cause issues later because all programs don't function properly during those hours until someone comes back into store & turns them off manually. This helps us save money by being more efficient while keeping products safe from unwanted temperatures fluctuations.
