Switch doesn't work very well

From the start, the Switch never worked very well. The driver's side power window switch worked fine, but the passenger's side switch doesn't work until I flick it back and forth. The same goes for the door lock switch. Sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn't. The price seemed reasonable so I bought it. Unfortunately he has problems. Spring.
