I was skeptical as the price was so low for an entry level mini size. (I paid about $300 for one of those years for my EB). However, replacing my Duralast starters is obsolete even though they come with a lifetime warranty. It's been about 4 years and this starter has never failed. I have this set to 351 W/AOD with a compression of 10.5:1 on a 67 F100. I live in Dallas. So it can get hot but don't even pull in August after a good hot bath. Offers amazing headroom compared to OEM design. What more can I say, it still looks great and starts every time. I ran a 2/0 cable there and used an Optima Redtop on this truck. Soon I will build a 408W stroker for 66 F100 and buy another one.
