The charger is functional, charges quickly, the design is excellent if unexpected. An LED indicator helps you find the USB port while driving. I didn't expect the iPad charging cable to be an integral part, I assumed the charger had two USB ports and came with a cable. I leave the charger in the car so I have to fold the cord to keep it from hanging around. Then again, I'll never lose the cable, which is great. The device charges quickly and the iPad connection cable fits my iPhone, so I don't have to find and carry around a USB iPhone charging cable to use it.
