This is an amazing tutu. I bought this for a Halloween costume and was very happy with it. The skirt is wide and underneath is a jumpsuit so it doesn't itch. I'm 5'8 145 pounds and the hem of the skirt hits just below my knees. It also has an elastic waistband and the color is as shown on the website. My only complaint is that the bow doesn't fasten, so I have to pin it to the elastic waistband to keep it in place. I am already planning to buy it in another color for my 30th birthday! I definitely recommend this product.
