Review on 📱 Enhanced Samsung Voice Remote Control BN59-01266A BN59-01265A - Compatible with UN40MU6300, UN43MU6300, UN50MU6300, UN55MU6300 by Amanda Engelhardt

This is a third party remote control for Samsung TVs. When I opened it up, it looked almost exactly like the one that came with the TV. But when I installed the batteries, for some reason the springs that hold them and make electrical contacts were too short. Also, they didn't touch the contact points on the batteries even when I stretched them. When I finally align it well enough, I just have to lay it down too far so that everything doesn't line up. When the batteries are connected, the remote control works properly. Apparently the battery compartment is too big or something. It would have been 5 stars anyway, but the battery issue makes it almost unusable.
