Review on 📠 HSM S10 Shredstar 10-Sheet, Strip-Cut, 4.8 gal Capacity Paper Shredder with Dedicated CD Slot, White by Robert Lee

I bought this shredder because it was white and matched my decor, but the shredder broke in less than three months. There are plastic pins that separate the outgoing shredded strips from the blades. Some of these teeth have broken off, causing the shredded strips to build up on the blades and clog the shredder. To unlock the shredder, I have to use pliers to pry the stuck shredded paper out of the blades. It is unwise to do this every time after 50 sheets of paper have been shredded. I don't recommend it because it's not a manufacturing or quality control issue, it's a design flaw. The plastic pins are not strong enough and/or they are positioned in such a way that shredded paper can easily get caught between the pins and the blades, eventually causing the pins to break.
