Third update: seller provides excellent customer service and reached out to offer a brand new replacement, so I'm hopeful this one will hold up better than the first one.This is an updated review. I received this item on 5 March and by 21 March, my 60 pound Belgian Malinois had put holes with her nails from getting up. For the price, I would expect this product to last at least a few years before showing wear and tear like this. I do not recommend this product.
