Review on πŸ”Œ Sengled SmartThings-Compatible Assistant Requirement by Tara Ford

Sengled hardware and software really is a nightmare

To be honest I bought eight of these lamps to add to two pre-paired lamps and none of the eight would connect. I restarted them manually (turned off the light 10 times), tried pairing them again but nothing worked. It's been a few hours and I'm going insane. Definitely not worth the $50+ I spent and I will definitely be returning the hub and all the bulbs and getting something that actually works. What a pain in the ass. I named my hub Garbage Robot because it sucks. Update: I spoke to support and they told me to do the same thing, which I've done a dozen times and it still doesn't seem to work. If you buy these bulbs, do yourself a favor and DO NOT buy a hub or even try to use the Sengled software. There's a reason BOTH (why they have TWO apps that don't work) the apps have two stars. they are garbage. Only buy these if you have an Echo Plus (which I bought to use the bulbs) - they connect to the Echo Plus very easily, but just stay away from the Sengled hardware and software, It is a fake. Also, their website literally doesn't help at all and their support team is obviously also confused by the fact that none of their crap is working.
