So I bought this tool in December 2020. After the first tenon head with a 1 ton arbor press, the old tenon got stuck in the tool. I took it in a vise and with the help of a hammer I loosened the seesaw. I noticed a small tear on the back of the tool and the whole piece came loose. I used a port freight press to push out the old pivots. It's a terrible metal. Tried calling the service line using the instructions provided and it was off, then tried calling 1-800, turned off again. Then I tried the chat and it said the server was down.
