You must know that to purchase a Multi-Fit sensor you need a special Dorman programmer. This sensor works if you have this programmer but not with many other models. As ASE certified mechanics, most of us use another brand's sensor relearn tool like MAC or SNAP-ON. A just fitted probe works as opposed to a multiple fitted probe with other retraining tools. You need to know what type of retraining device you will be using before deciding which sensor to buy. fits, not multi fits. Bottom line: don't buy a multifit unless you have access to Dorman's own reprogramming tool. Hope that helps. Dorman needs to explain this process better.
