The filter system works fine, no problems. The bracket is somewhat flexible. Made from about 18 gauge steel, about .050k should be about 6 gauge. 200,000 or so would be nice. I connected everything with 3/4 cpvc. Threaded into two 3/4 stainless steel adapters with about 4 turns of yellow Teflon CPVC gas pipe tape and food grade silicone on the threads. Screwed in about 1/8 of the body. Leave for 24 hours. Install 3 shut-off valves, 2 for the freeze filter and 1 between the pipes for the bypass. Turned on, no leaks. I have well water with sediment so I immediately threw away the 0.5 micron filters that came with it. And put the first filter 50 micron and the second 20 micron in series. They take a standard 2.5" x 10" filter which was ordered in a box of 6, 50 micron and 20 micron when I ordered the filter kit. If like me you have sediment, DO NOT use the 0.5 microns that come with it, they will clog immediately and you will lose pressure. Even after fiddling with the system, clean all the strainers in the faucets, washing machine, toilet, wherever they are.
