This is the exact part number to replace the failed ballast in my 4 bulb fluorescent lamp. After replacing the original with this unit only 2 lights are left and I'm sure I connected it correctly. It's not like only two ports on the device work and two don't; You can switch to any two ports (tombstones) on the instrument, and two of them will light and the other two will not. As if this ballast would not provide enough voltage to run four lamps, although the characteristics of the new device are the same as the old one. DISAPPOINTED! ICN-4P32-SC ballast review continued: The packaging of this item has the correct part number but the product inside does not (the product inside the box was marked ICN-4P32-N) and I don't want to go through it. Remove it, send it back and then have to wait/worry they will send the correct part number this time.
