Got pros:
Taste Rocky Road tower, nut-chocolate. I want to try some more walnut butter. It dissolves easily, not thick, you can eat fully after it.

I try to take only OH brand, always good quality and result. Nice to drink, good feeling. If you drink on the water, it does not saturate much, the appetite does not interrupt. If you need to replace a snack - you can mix it with milk.
