The instructions I needed were not included in the insert; However, I found the instructions already on the video, so I bought a cassette. brought relief. I had no problem playing tennis or running and the tape didn't even come off my sweaty feet. Adhesive residue is minimal and can be removed with a little soap in the shower. An alcohol-based product (rubbing alcohol or toner) will likely work as well. Haven't tried them though.
