the prices have skyrocketed. And I had a job I wanted to do on my bike and now I needed a torque wrench. All small screws included in aluminum parts. I just didn't want to shoot expensive parts. This was available for fast shipping and was tested on several articles I read online, so I knew it wasn't as accurate as the ones I was hoping to buy, but I also knew it was acceptable. I then calculated how many bolts I had even tightened without a torque wrench and figured that would be a lot better than just guessing! I'm glad I got it. I'm glad the bolts on my aero bars, brakes, shifters and other small bolts are tight enough to be secure without stripping threads. The little red indicator for setting the torque isn't as accurate as some other models, but I'm still close enough to get the job done. Pros: Affordable price has already been tested by third parties and is acceptably accurate. Good choice. bit and they seem to be of good quality, nice metal box with a good clasp, the 'click' is very obvious. Cons: not as accurate as expensive models, knob MAY rotate during use, you can't lock the setting (but you just need to be aware and pay attention to this)
