8 months with average use. I wanted to buy something but the cards didn't come out. Eventually he pulled out the cards, and the piece of plastic they were pushing out fell out with him. I have no idea how that could have happened. Worked great when it worked, but for the price I'm expecting much longer than 8 months of regular use. I will never buy from this brand again.
